The currently delivered extrusion line for the sheathing of automotive cables guarantees unimaginable low tension force values despite the use of two horizontal accumulators.<\/p>\n<p>This technical highlight ensures that even the most sensitive products can be produced with high production speeds and optimised up and down run times with these lines.<\/p>\n<p>Tension forces of up to 10N enable very good electrical transmission properties of the customer&#8217;s end products, which would not be achievable without this special equipment.<\/p>\n<p>Independently of this, the extensively tested control system consisting of the modules SECS &#8220;SIEBE Extrusion Control System&#8221; and SPCS &#8220;Siebe Process Control System&#8221; provides all the features that customers require for setting and logging their process parameters.<\/p>\n<p>As a further development of these modules, extrusion lines with extended data management will be realised in the first half of 2022.
