Our Team Day<\/strong> for the departments of Laser, Processing, and Forming was a huge success! Although it was a little while ago, we still want to highlight this special day. The focus was on teamwork and optimizing our daily work processes.<\/p>\n

We would like to thank the Pfarrzentrum St. Jakobus<\/strong> in Ramsloh for hosting our event once again.
\nUnder the guidance of instructor Anja Pietsch and with the motto \u201cWhen everyone pulls together\u201d<\/em>, we had an inspiring workshop. In small groups and through interactive tasks both indoors and outdoors, we reflected on our collaboration and communication and worked to strengthen our team dynamics.
\nThe exchange in rotating groups helped us understand different perspectives and strengthen cooperation at all levels. Of course, the well-being of everyone was taken care of: lunch, fruit, and cake provided the necessary energy.
\nThe day was full of joy, a blend of fun and valuable work that moves us forward as a team.<\/p>\n
