That\u2019s exactly what it was all about.<\/p>\n<p>After a welcome from Volker Autmann and Joshua Menke, the day began with a tour of our company. First impressions, lots of questions, and plenty of curiosity included.<\/p>\n<p>Afterward, the group split into small teams and visited various stations:<\/p>\n<p>Here, they screwed, assembled, and contributed ideas\u2014from putting together extension cords and bottle openers to an IT quiz and designing components.<\/p>\n<p>For lunch, we served hot dogs and cold drinks, before our HR Manager Volker Autmann shared further insights into our company.<\/p>\n<p>To wrap things up, everyone relaxed with a game of foosball. Here, the participants competed against each other and brought the day to a close together.
