Your responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for managing and coordinating projects in the field of mechanical and plant engineering, ensuring the successful completion and implementation of projects. This will ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget and to a high standard of quality.
- As the first point of contact for our customers, you will be responsible for communication and coordination throughout the course of the project to ensure optimal customer satisfaction. You will also ensure flawless communication between customers and our technical departments.
- You will clarify the technical framework conditions of the orders and take responsibility for the documentation as part of the technical specification.
- You will regularly report on the current status of projects to the head of department and the management and ensure that everyone involved is always well informed.
- You will manage the preparation of specifications for external scopes and coordinate external suppliers to ensure smooth and efficient cooperation.
- By actively participating in the optimization and implementation of internal processes, you will make a significant contribution to continuous improvement within the company group.
What you ideally bring with you:
- A degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or industrial engineering, or a comparable qualification.
- Alternatively, training as a technician with relevant professional experience in project management, ideally in mechanical and plant engineering.
- Strong communication skills and customer-oriented thinking.
- Confident handling of project management tools and MS Office.
- Structured and independent way of working.
