World Bee Day: Putting Sustainability into Practice at Our Company Site
As a company, we think in terms of processes, efficiency, and long-term solutions every day. But for us, responsibility doesn’t end at the factory gate.
To mark World Bee Day, we’d like to show how we’re putting sustainability into practice right here at our site: In collaboration with a local beekeeper, we have several beehives on our company grounds, complemented by a wildflower meadow we’ve planted.
This creates a valuable habitat for bees and other insects, and together we’re helping to promote biodiversity in our region.
This partnership is part of our holistic approach to sustainability. In addition to durable products and resource-efficient processes, this also includes taking on ecological responsibility locally and actively contributing to the preservation of natural habitats.
The fact that this even results in honey is a wonderful byproduct of this collaboration.
For us, one thing is certain: Sustainability is not a short-term trend, but a continuous path that we, as a company, are committed to pursuing responsibly.
