🏆🏆 Double Success at the PIA 2026!
What an incredible moment!
Today, we had two reasons to celebrate at the NWZ’s Prize for Innovative Training (PIA): Our “AzubiRunde” was awarded 3rd place and also honored with the People’s Choice Award.
We’re incredibly proud of this. It means our concept is officially among the top 3 training initiatives in the region and has also won over the people who voted for us.
With the “AzubiRunde,” we’re pursuing a simple idea: Training is more than just technical knowledge.
That’s why we host a monthly session and invite experts to help our trainees understand important real-life topics. Whether it’s taxes, insurance, traffic safety, health, addiction prevention, or internal topics, we don’t just want to train young people to become skilled workers—we want to prepare them as best as possible for their future.
The fact that our idea was so positively received by both the jury and the public makes us especially proud and shows us that we’re on the right track.
Our heartfelt congratulations go to Amcon and Windenergie-Anlagenbauer Steelwind on their well-deserved placements, as well as to all the other finalists.
A very special thank you goes to everyone who voted for us, to the NWZ, the Growmorrow Festival, the jury, and our entire team and our trainees. You are the ones who make ideas like this possible.
And there’s one thing we mustn’t forget: We couldn’t have asked for better representatives on stage than Johanna and Florian. With their presentation, their authenticity, and their enthusiasm, they did a fantastic job representing our trainee team and our company. You two were simply amazing!
