We are listening
KURRE has always been known for fostering an open-door mentality and always having an open ear for our employees.
However, there may be matters that one doesn’t want to discuss directly with the manager or the HR department. Therefore, we are now offering a neutral point of contact where our employees can reach out with trust.
Our two newly trained confidants, Charleen and Sven, are available to colleagues, who can approach them safely and anonymously. They are bound by the legal duty of confidentiality and will treat all matters with respect and seriousness.
To bring up their concerns, employees can simply
- Drop them in our newly placed “Suggestion Boxes – Kummerkästen,”
- Write to them via their dedicated email address, or
- Schedule an appointment with them.
We want to ensure that all colleagues have a point of contact in a confidential setting for any situation.
Additionally, our customers and suppliers also have the opportunity to approach our confidants – thus strengthening mutual trust and enabling communication on an equal footing.
