Your responsibilities:
- Order management and administrative processing
- Switchboard and appointment management
- Incoming and outgoing mail handling
- General office organization (e.g. invoice management, etc.)
- Support in various projects across different company departments
What you ideally bring with you:
- Training in commercial or administrative fields
- Preferably experience in purchasing, sales, and/or logistics
- Familiarity with common MS Office applications
- Basic knowledge of English
- Enjoyment of organizational and administrative tasks
- Independent, reliable working style, and willingness to take on responsibility
