Today, seven young people are starting their apprenticeships or year-long internships with us. They’ve chosen exciting career paths in the fields of mechatronics, IT, precision mechanics, design, and office management. 💻🔧📐📎

Correct! In addition to our trainers Joshua Menke (Operations Manager) and Karsten Fugel (Head of Purchasing), apprentices from higher years also took part in the introductory event. That’s because, starting this year, every new apprentice is paired with a mentor they can turn to anytime – especially in the beginning. 🤝🎓
🎯 Our goal:
From day one, each new apprentice has someone at their side who’s been through the same experience and is easy to reach. The start of a new chapter can feel overwhelming – it’s good to know you’re not alone. Of course, our trainers are always available for support as well. 💬👷♂️🧑💼
