🔧 Successful extrusion test for coated cables:
For a customer, we successfully implemented the extrusion of specialized cables. The key challenge: the plastic must fully penetrate the cable. Critical to success was the precise coordination of various parameters such as preheating and plastic temperature, residence time in the extruder, and vacuum performance. The results speak for themselves—just as the photo in the top right clearly demonstrates.
🧪 Proven competence in medical technology:
For a customer with particularly sensitive products, we designed and implemented a product-specific test setup in a pilot system. Custom-developed fixtures were used during testing. The insights gained from these trials are now directly feeding into the planning and construction of the final system.
