Last Friday, we not only celebrated work anniversaries but, above all, honored the people who have helped shape our company for many years.
With a total of 18 employees celebrating an anniversary this year, we were able to honor nearly 10% of our entire workforce for their long-standing loyalty. It’s especially wonderful that so many of them completed their apprenticeships with us, and some even gained their first experience at the company as interns.
Topping the list this year is Udo, who leads the way with an impressive 40 years of service.

Behind these numbers lie countless projects, achievements, and memories. As a token of our appreciation, each person received a personal gift, and all colleagues with 25 or more years of service were presented with certificates. During a group lunch, many anecdotes were shared in a relaxed atmosphere.
It’s wonderful to see how much experience and knowledge accumulates year after year across all departments. That is the core of our success and the best foundation for the future.
