Internal Graduation Ceremony 2025
Recently, we celebrated a special moment: the successful graduation of our apprentices! We are incredibly proud of everyone who passed their final exams and is now ready to take the next step in their professional careers.
Together with our trainers and the apprentices’ accompanying persons, we spent a fantastic evening with delicious food and refreshing drinks.
In his speech, CEO Stefan Plaggenborg expressed his heartfelt thanks. The trainers shared special experiences from the apprenticeship and praised the outstanding performances. Additionally, some anecdotes and behind-the-scenes stories were revealed, which provided lots of fun
We are especially proud that many of our former apprentices remain loyal to us, and we can now welcome them as valued colleagues in our team.
It was a thoroughly successful evening that once again showed us how important good training and team cohesion are.
