Some journeys begin with a single step, and for us, that step was a very special one:
In 1981, you started with us as our very first apprentice.
That was so long ago that many things were very different back then:
Many of us weren’t even born yet, the internet was still in its infancy, and social media? Unimaginable.
And ever since that time, you have been an integral part of our company.
A lot has happened since then. You’ve worked your way through a wide variety of departments, always curious, always dedicated—a true all-rounder whom we could always count on.
In recent years, you’ve particularly demonstrated your skills in the grinding department and left your mark there, both professionally and personally.
Now it’s time to say goodbye.
With a barbecue together in the courtyard, a banner full of memories, and a gift as a token of our appreciation.
We are proud that you are such an important part of our history and always will be.
