Two variants for maximum flexibility
The HA-P-1000 is available in two configurations:
- with integrated dancer – compact and product-friendly
- with separate dancer – classic and flexible
Both variants allow precise guidance of products up to 20 mm in diameter and are perfectly suited for processing installation cables.
For quality assurance, the HA-P-1000 is equipped with product grounding systems that enable the integration of various measuring devices, including spark testers, directly into the line. This eliminates the need for subsequent testing or rewinding steps, resulting in an efficient and economical production process.
Part of a strong machine family
The new semi-automatic winder is part of the proven HA-P series, which ranges from the compact HA-P-800 (for spools up to 800 mm) to the HA-P-1200 (for spools up to 1200 mm). All models can be individually configured and are tailored to meet modern production requirements.
The HA-P series bridges the gap left by the discontinuation of the Leimbach CD08, CD10, and CD12 and offers a future-proof alternative with an expanded functionality.
Cost-efficient alternative to a full-automatic system
The KURRE HA-P-1000 is available now and is aimed at users who prefer to forgo fully automated handling but still want to benefit from high efficiency, precision, and flexibility.
