KURRE Systems is your German manufacturer and specialist in wire and cable production machinery as well as custom-engineered special-purpose machinery, based in Saterland, Lower Saxony. Under the motto “Unwinding, winding, and everything in between,” we develop and design custom machines and systems precisely tailored to your products.
Our focus is on innovative solutions for the wire and cable industry. We reliably cover nearly all processes in this sector: from high-precision winding technology (winding and unwinding) to complete extrusion lines, as well as modern measurement technology and automation systems for logistics. Our portfolio also includes related industries such as the manufacture of profiles, hoses, and tubes.

KURRE offers comprehensive expertise and innovation with more than 45 years of experience in the cable and wire industry as well as in the development of specialized and customized machinery. Our state-of-the-art production allows us to create 90% in-house, along with circa 230 employees, which means we can adapt to your needs and and enables us to design optimal solutions for you.
The name KURRE SYSTEMS stands for versatility, for your success and for a real family business: The Kurre family successfully managed the company group for over 30 years. In 2014 Silke and Stefan Plaggenborg took over the group.

Thanks to the successful integration of Kabelmaschinenfabrik Müller (KFM), we also offer comprehensive service and further development for KFM cable machines.
KUTEC – KURRE Technologies
In-house contract manufacturing covers the entire spectrum of metal processing. Qualified employees use our extensive machinery to produce exactly what you need: From the production of individual prototypes and one-offs to series production in small and large runs.
KURRE CONNECT
The KURRE Group is complemented by the company’s own IT service provider, which provides technical support and services for computer and network challenges across the entire KURRE Group and to external customers.

We have been training for nine different professions for years and guarantee you first-class training in line with the latest standards right from the start, in an environment in which you feel comfortable. We also offer numerous benefits and good chances of employment upon completion.

Just do a trial internship – even during school time – and find out which apprenticeship suits you best. We are also happy to welcome you for a school internship lasting several weeks, your annual internship or your Bachelor’s/Master’s thesis.
